Although this site is relatively new. We have been retailing these products in malls throughout Washington State since 2001 as Ultimate Water Massage.  We intend to be here for a very long time. You may contact us at 1.800.589-1509.

Payment

Payment is by money order or Paypal

Shipping

Most items are shipped by priority mail and are shipped within 2 business days of the time of the order. Shipping to international location may required additional charges. You will be invoiced for the additional amount prior to shipment.

Product Returns

We accept returns on our products.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund the purchase price if returned within 30 days of the shipping date.    You must email us for a return confirmation. Then print out a Products Return Form. Products must be returned in like new condition with tags attached and packaging.  Defective Herbal Packs may be returned within 90 days of shipping date for an exchange.

Product Care

If the herbal pack has a removable cover you may wash the cover in cold water. Otherwise they may be spot cleaned only with standard fabric cleaners.  Your herbal pack should satisfying relief for a year or more. You can extend their life by storing them in a zip lock baggie in the freezer. If they are used repeatedly in a short period a light misting with a plant mister will refresh the herbal aroma and improve the moist heat feature of the pack.  The packs can scorch so heat them at the low end of the time frame and slow increase the time until they reach the desired temperature without scorching. Start with the microwave on high for 30 seconds for the eye packs and  1 minute for other packs. They can be heated in a oven on warm and wrapped in foil. They will scorch so please use a very low heat and check them often until you determine the proper heat and time for your particular oven.

 Lost - Refused - Unclaimed - Canceled Orders

Items ship with delivery confirmation or tracking, declaration by the carrier that delivery was made will be considered final. You are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Once your order has been shipped you are responsible for shipping charges to your location and return postage to the shipper if you Cancel your order, refuse delivery or leave the package unclaimed.

If the carrier can not provide proof of delivery we will submit a claim for reimbursement. We will credit your account upon reimbursement from the carrier.

 

Return Policies

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund the purchase price if returned within 30 days of the shipping date.   There are a few exceptions.  Products must be returned unopened, if in sealed packaging, or in like new condition with tags attached and packaging if not sealed.. 

Warranty Returns are governed by the manufacturer’s Warranty Policies. 

Shipping Costs

To and From Shipping costs are not refundable.   Exception: If you are sent the wrong product we will reimburse you the cost of standard parcel post shipping with insurance.

How to Return a product

Include the buyers full name, reason for return, order # and date of purchase and request a Return Authorization Number.

Once you have received a email from us with a determination of your orders eligibility, a Return Authorization # and Return Address:

2. Pack the item for return

re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all components, materials and documentation. If you received your item double boxed, it must be returned in this manner.

4. Mark the outside of the Box with the Return Authorization # and ship to the supplied return address.  We recommend shipping by a service with insurance and tracking.

5. Email us with the Tracking or Delivery Confirmation Number
 

After we receive your return

We will inspect your product, and process your return.   Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account. We process returns once a month.

Other Conditions:

Return Authorization number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only.

You are responsible for providing a safe shipping destination. Delivery Confirmation by the USPS or USP will be considered proof of delivery.  No exceptions.

RETURN OF ITEM with FREE SHIPPING AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

Items that have shipped free will have the actual shipping cost plus a $2.00 handling fee deducted from the items price before refunding the balance.

We do not accept COD Shipments.

For products damaged in shipping you must make a claim against the shipping company. 

 

RESTOCKING FEES: Most items can be returned without a restocking fee. The return of multiple items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned or refused without applying for an Return Authorization Request Form, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your package is not marked clearly on the outside of the box with the Return Authorization number we may refuse delivery of it and it will delay the processing of your return.

Exceptions

We can not accept returns of personal care products, nebulizers, software, CD/DVD, books or oils UNLESS the product is defective or there has been a shipping error.   In case of a defective product, an even exchange will be made, product fabric and color may vary from original.  There will be NO additional shipping on replacement products or in the case of a shipping error.
