Thanks for the nice home based natural health tips. I’m very much impressed with this tip - “Honey with lemon juice helps in reducing unwanted fat in body”. From my childhood my mom used to give this drink. She used to say “This drink helps to reduce toxins in the body”. Thanks once again.

Besides Fenugreek, you can go for Peppermint. Using either one as tea can sooth the stomach. When the tea vapor are exhaled through the lungs, they do help sweeten your breath.

Hi I have edit the post to clarify that herbal remedies including honey should not be used by children 12 months old and younger.

Honey is not recommended for baby’s under 12 months old.
“Honey should never be given to a child under the age of 12 months old. In fact, The American Academy of Pediatrics advises that honey should not be added to the food, water, or formula that is fed to infants younger than 12 months of age.”

You should NEVER EVER give honey to a baby. It could contain Clostridium Botulinum spores and cause botulism in babies.
