    i have poor circulation in my left leg i had my right leg taken off in 2006 in july because of poor circulation my left leg be in so much pain and i been going to the dr please help me i donot want to lost my right leg please help me

    Hello, I understand a little of what you are going through a friend of mine lost his foot due to poor circulation related to diabetes. If you have limited sensation in the leg you must be very careful in using any of the typical techniques for increasing circulation such as massage and heat treatments. While both can help improve circulation to the skin surface you need to discuss their proper use with your doctor based on a full understanding of your condition.
