The Agony of Vitamns
This article is dedicated to those who have to take many vitamins and or vitamins that are too huge to swallow. Vitamins can be excellent for overall health as long as they are taken properly. Some people will skip taking their vitamins due to there being so many and or because the vitamins are too big to swallow, which can make taking vitamins quite uncomfortable…not to mention a pain. Doing this can more than likely throw the body’s overall health off track. I, myself, have been guilty of this very same thing at one time or another. The trick to overcoming this is by learning how to take vitamins, which is explained here.
Learning When to Take Vitamins
Most people tend to take all of their vitamins all at once. This is usually fine if you are only taking 1 or 2 vitamins, but what if you’re taking more than that? Generally if you are taking a few vitamins a day it is usually best to not take them all at once, but rather spread throughout the whole day. This is done so that the body can maintain proper levels of intake. If taking vitamins all at once can’t be avoided then it is usually best to take them all with the largest meal of the day if at all possible.
The Otherwise Known Horse Pills
Some vitamins are so huge in size that people call them "horse pills." These "horse pills" can often be hard to swallow and even hurt when attempting to swallow them. One of the best ways to take care of this kind of problem is to crush the horse pills up or ground them and put the powder like substance into your favorite drink, meal, etc.
