I have been suffering from RA for last 4-5yrs, I have tried ayurvedic, homeopathic and also allopathic….my main problem was only with my left knee joint. last year I consulted a RA surgeon and I took his prescribed medicines, no wonder I was able to walk properly and didn’t feel pain in a day itself but I knew what I was in for….I was taking steroids and after taking these medicines for about 6 months I stopped them 2 month back….now almost all my joints are paining badly…..daily one joint is being affected….so my sincere advice to all of you is please take care when you r taking medicines from a doctor coz he is doing his duty by solving your problem but in a diff way it is hampering more to your body.

For RA patients exercise is a must. If too weak to exercise take the help of physiotherapy, the therapist will also guide u on what all exercises would be best suited for u depending on the severity of RA. Make it a habit. Just remember u cannot do without it.
Always keep a positive frame of mind. Don’t be disheartened. You will be fine. Be strong and be positive.
i suddenly got pain in d joints suddenly at the age of 25, .I was almost bed ridden for more than 2 yrs. I tried all -from allopathy, homeopathy, ayurveda, reiki, etc.
i got max relief from physiotherapy. It works wonders..believe me, provided u have a good therapist-who exercises all your joints.
