Just wondered if any one here suffers from chronic pain, I expect there will be quite a few as after all this is a pain relief forum
What do you do to try and relieve the pain - I had abdominal surgery about 8 years ago, and suffered some complications afterwards, I spent weeks in hospital as a result. What really worried me was that I was being given morphine based painkillers on a regular basis nearly every day. I did have a epidural pain relief set up at one time, but they couldn't control it properly. It either didn't work at all or my whole left side went numb. So after about 3 attemps to resite it they gave up.
Any one else had this happen with an epidural?

Most spinal problems are a result of lifting heavy weights but they can also be caused by lifting even light weights incorrectly, the pain is usually experienced in the lower back. However, a number of back pain relief treatments can be used without the need for drugs. ———————- nzyme”
