I was diagnosed with Candida eight years ago and FMS almost 2 years ago. Changing my diet makes me feel so much better but Sugar is an addiction and well I quit smoking and drinking because of my FMS but sugar is the most difficult to quit. Maybe because it's in everything.
About the weightlifting - A doctor told me not to lift weights because of the FMS and I recognize the slow healing of small cuts and I bruise easily and sometimes just stroking my skin or light touches feel painful. How lucky are we!. Doesn’t all this sound funny?

I've heard that about Candida. The next doctor I'm off to see is an allergist to see if I can get the Candida sorted I hope that it all works out. I am so much frustrated with all this. I wish I could be normal again

Actually as I think of it. If you have any good recipes for the candida diet, I'd love some recommendations. I'm sure there are some good things to make, but they are so hard to find I haven’t been able to find much yet but I haven’t given up

I have a few books with recipes and I'll post some as soon as I find the time to do it. And you should be able to find some on the internet also. What we should do is let each other know if we find any good URL's with recipes.
Now I have to go to sleep if I am going to be able to get up in the morning and function as a normal human being Take care. And yeh last but not the least don’t get so frustrated…you should realize that everybody is surrounded by some sort of problems..but it doesn’t mean that we should be hopeless as well.
