I was diagnoised with CFS about 5 years ago. Lately I developed bad twitches. Anybody else have this?

Personally I don't, thank goodness suffer with the twitches, But I have a very close friend that has said they feel “twitchy” sometimes. Always wondered what they meant by this.
Can anyone on here explain what they mean by the twiches in relation to ME?
