This is for people who have got headache, or suffering from especial kind of head diseases. Share your valuable knowledge over this type of illness.
Hope your suffering has reduced by now or is at least slowly inching towards cure/better management. Psychological effects seem to play a significant role with headaches. If we learn to do things that we like, and keep up in good spirits, manage stresses better and take good rest and food. It WILL help a lot! When we are in good spirits and rested, our body can fight the headache-causing factors better and manage stresses better.

I know that it is hard because we have to use our (or our loved one's) brains to manage our ailing brains. It is not like a leg/hand wound where we can manage it better by carefully thinking and avoiding aggravating factors and taking better care.
But slowly keep trying. Although our headaches tend to put us at a disadvantage in our day to day life by affecting our careers, relationships, future prospects etc.., I hope that its effects are not permanent. With time, as we convalesce we will slowly regain our life, happiness and hopefully learn from these experiences.

HEADACHE SUCKS
When you want to kill the one responsible for it, when you want to chuck everything, when you feel like banging your head on wall………… you say headache really sucks…….
Its better that when you say or feel something like that … you also make some observations
Triggers and Patterns
Foods very often trigger migraine headaches. Below is a list of the most common food triggers. Keep them in mind the next time you suffer a headache. Does eating or drinking any of these coincide with your headaches?
Stuffs like red wine or white wine, other alcohol, chocolate or nuts.

Or may be things like cheese, pickled foods, bananas, citrus fruits, monosodium glutamate (MSG), freshly baked bread (yeast), coffee, tea, cola, aspartame (food or drink)
Again, think back to a previous headache. Was it a particularly stressful day or was there a sudden change in the weather? Using the following chart, check off some of the factors that could be involved in the onset of your headaches. You may see a pattern.
Identify Your Triggers
Stressful or hectic days, including long hours, intense deadlines
Other emotions, such as depression, anxiety, let down, frustration — and even pleasant excitement
Poor posture and tense jaws
Foods (see list above)
Alcoholic beverages
Odors
Hormonal factors, such as menstrual periods
Changes in weather
