Hey everyone: D
I love figuring out dreams and their meaning. If anyone wants to share their dreams I'll try to interpret them for you or whoever gets there first!
I'll start…
I had a dream while I was napping. I was in this house. I wasn’t well. So, my house nurse got me this man who made love to me. It was so passionate and amazing. It was like we were one. The next morning I woke and the nursemaid asked how I was. I said I was still sick (a lie). I said look at my hands, look at my shoes.

She said you must go out and get him then. So, I traveled through this swamp. There was a stone path across the one part of the swamp to his home. As soon as I was half way across the path, I saw him with my mind. He had shoulder length, straight, brown hair. He had some beads with a feather at his temple. He was beautiful and strong. He sensed me coming. The beads at his temple glowed and his appearance changed. He had a hood that came over his head of its own accord and covered his eyes.

His skin went from fair to brown. It didn’t show it but a staff appeared in his hands and in mine as well. The stones behind me disappeared and the stone I was on floated me forward and I readied my stance for battle. He stepped forward with the grace of a warrior on to a stone, which floated to me. I was now a warrior as well, full in strength and confidence. It was time for us to battle. Before the first blow was taken I woke up, but this battle was meant to be: destined.

My interpretation of it:
A soul working towards healing actually needs outside help to get well. By learning to receive love as well as give it, healing the hurt has occurred. It also taught that love is like a drug that we can get addicted too. When we pursue getting that love again, only in selfishness then we come into a battle with ourselves.
It's hard for me to interpret my own dream, because I there is actually a lot more dynamics to this dream. That was the full dream, but it’s actually connected to people, events, etc.

I had a very meaningless dream once..to be honest, that dream was what inspired me to join the forum……it goes like this: “there is a huge vertical pole at the centre of a huge sea. Like the one on which flags are hoisted. Nothing other than water is visible until the horizon. I am on top of the pole trying to find my way out”

You are trying to understand the mysteries of yourself. How did the water make you feel? Water is emotions in dreams. If you fear it, you fear the emotion. It shows still water with algae growing in it. That tells me its old emotions that quite possibly could use some stirring up to find out more of you. It could also indicate that you find it difficult to see through your emotions (if the water was cloudy). But considering everything was old in your dreams I'd say you are definitely looking deep within yourself… trying to find yourself. Learning to love yourself; seeking the beauty within; seeking active life and wildness.

But I can see through your posts I've seen that you love the esoteric, so that could change the interpretation a little. How you feel about things in your dream is a huge indicator of what it means. If things are dark it usually indicates sadness or a kind of boredom. If you found your friends… look at them and what they mean to you. They will give you a hint into what you are seeking in yourself.
Your dream tells me you feel trapped by your emotions. It makes you feel as though you are on display and vulnerable. When your emotions come on you feel so overwhelmed by it that it seems as though there is no way out.
