Well what we all know that happiness is the main essence of a healthy life. Even when you are physically ill still you can still enjoy the life at its maximum because the true purpose of being 100% fit is to live the life at it’s fullest. Normally, what we do in our life is in some way or another guided by the motive that we want to be happy.
So being healthy actually helps us to be remain happy but this can go the other way as well I.e. being happy can help in remaining healthy. Happiness helps you to be feel free, fresh and alive
As Peter Pan said….. .

Yeah, it’s true that happiness is the true medicine. Being physically ill is not as bad as when we think we are ill; this may be awkward to understand but the fact is actually feeling ill is the real illness just like being short of money is not as bad as thinking that one is poor. This actually hinders the process of curing the illness because certain chemicals are released when we feel happy such as when we are laughing. Even medicines may not work if one remains way too depressed. Even it is suggested that one should have a habit of smiling to strangers and laughing at oneself just as it is said that eating an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
