Healing takes place by degrees over a period of time, and the pain is an indicator of how far along you are. To progress too much too soon and not stay within the boundaries described-freedom from pain-risks re-injury, more severe injury, and chronic pain.

Bodybuilders often become frustrated with prolonged or even short recuperation periods because of the resultant loss of conditioning, the setbacks, the “shrinking” and the mental and emotional anguish of not being able to train. However the ability to deal competently with injury and to have the discipline to allow healing to take place is essential to a successful bodybuilding career. To do otherwise could further delay or completely prevent you from achieving your goals

Water is also the primary transporter of nutrients throughout your body. If not enough water is consumed, toxins can build up causing breakouts.

Water flushes these toxins out.

Without adequate water, we would poison ourselves with our own metabolic wastes. Your kidneys remove waste products that must be dissolved by water. So, by drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day, you are flushing out the toxins that would normally escape through the pores of your skin… thus preventing acne breakouts.

Your kidneys cannot function properly without enough water. When they do not work to capacity, some of the load is dumped onto your liver

One of your liver's primary functions is to metabolize stored fat into usable energy for your body. But, if your liver has to do some of the kidney's work, it cannot work at full capacity. A liver that is not performing at its best can worsen acne because it cannot break down and clear excess hormones from your body.

Water helps maintain proper muscle tone, by giving muscles their natural ability to contract and by preventing dehydration. Shrinking cells are buoyed by water which plumps your skin and leaves it clear, healthy and resilient.

Hope this information is helpful for all

Thanks but afterwards it was given that water intake and all that doesn’t have much an effect on the body!!!

The literature also seems to be confused between whether 8 glasses a day helps or not. A review was done by Valtin H (2002) that concluded that there is no empirical evidence to support or refute this claim.

The link for the review if anyone is interested in reading is-

http://ajpregu.physiology.org/cgi/content/abstract/283/5/R993

Another important review article (But I would not take very word for granted in this review, as it is just an opinion of one respected authority)

http://www.iinr.org/specialreports/ACNE.PDF

The original article from where this topic post started is -

http://healing.about.com/cs/skincare/a/uc_adultacne.htm

Hope this ends the confusion a bit
