Well this topic is a bit light on subjects isn't it?
There must be pepople out there with “different types of pain” surely?
Come on then, don't be shy, what type of pain do ytou have?
I know, I know, not eveyone feels comfortable discussing personal pain issues, but surely that's what a pain forum is for ??
Sorry If I appear a little to light hearted on the subject

Hi Chappers, well yes you are a bit lighthearted, and pain can be far from that. But on the other hand, the fantastic natural pain relieving chemicals that our own bodies produce when we laugh can be much stronger than anything prescribed by your doctor.
So I'm all for laughter as a pain-reliever. I remember years ago when that movie with Robin Williams came out - what was it called - ???
Ok, just googled it - Patch Adams.. He advocated laughter as a form of medicine especially for children
The real Dr. Patch Adams” went on to found the Gesundheit! Institute, it's hugely popular and really proves the old saying that “Laughter is the best Medicine”
Yes laughter is a best theraphy …if you are depress..n feeling sad or angry..conscious…unable to face audience…or wanna hide some grief and pain..then just you can compose your self by smiling and laughter…
I just want to share my way of dealing pain..or distress..i just make my self mingle with people and smile alot n even laugh..try to enjoy with all whether me feel sad or feel lyk to cry..but i do force my self to make my self pretend happy..n its just resct in form of distress realease…make my self stronger..n feel responsible…take hard core..n console myself..
