Natural Relief for Burning Feet

Treatments That Are Good for the Sole

Pain from burning feet are common after a long day on your feet. You might feel like getting off your feet and soaking them in a tub of ice. So many people are so used to painful burning feet that they ignore the symptoms. I say, "why suffer?" Take the time to practice the following treatments below and get rid of the irritating experience of burning feet.

Burning feet can be caused by excessive pressure put on your feet as a result of obesity and spending a long period standing. Sweat can also contribute to the painful sensation. Deficiency in vitamin B can result in burning feet, as can fungal infections. There are plenty of disorders that can leave your feet sizzling. Also, interestingly enough, there is a rare allergy to chemicals found in socks that might be burning your feet.

There are a couple of ways that you can treat burning feet:

  • Wear good-fitting shoes
  • Wear socks made out of cotton
  • Insoles provide padding and ease the daily strain that is put on your feet
  • Avoid standing for long periods of time.
  • Wash your feet in cold water
  • Cool your feet with chill-able slippers
  • Sooth your feet with a paraffin therabath

Like I mentioned, vitamin B deficiency causes some cases of burning feet. There are other vitamins and supplements that are also needed for helping eliminate the burning sensation on your feet.

  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin E
  • Thiamin
  • Fiber
  • Apis
  • Chamomilla
  • Hawthorne
  • Pulsatilla

Finally, rest is a classic remedy. You might try reducing your stress and giving yourself more time to rest and recover everyday. Your body will only truly heal if you give it the chance. Provide the nutrients your body needs on a daily basis and watch your body work wonders.
